We work to assist HR professionals with Open Enrollment by providing HR administration software. This software also assists in everyday tracking of employees and mid-year benefit changes.
HR professionals can use it to track their employees’ demographic information, benefits, fixed assets, certifications, etc. Employees can use it to sign-up for their benefits at open enrollment, make changes mid-year for life events or look at their benefits whenever they want. They can also change their address and request leave. There are many uses for this software but most of all, we work with HR to make the maximum the efficiency of the technology available and eliminate paperwork.
We do all the setup to add employees and benefits so open enrollment is ready to go. Then when employees enter changes, we notify the carriers for you to add or delete employees off the plan. We can also reconcile your carrier bills to the system and resolve differences. Consider us to be your benefit assistant.
